Alright, whenever I turn my computer on it loads fine until I get to where the desktop is suppose to appear, there are no icons and no taskbar, only my background. I can ctrl+alt+del and end the task of explorer.exe (which has a CPU usage of 99% for some reason) and restart it with task manager and have all my icons and taskbar come up and everything run normally. I've checked the registry and i think everything is fine in there..I've ran norton anti-virus and it found 32 threats but when i went to delete them it said "deletion failed" next to it so im pretty clueless as to how you remove those but I'm not sure if those threats are the problem.
