Can't do it on line. So each binary string is 8 digits or two four digits. So the first one 00000100 is really 0000 and 0100 or 04 can you count in binary?

0000
0001
0010
0011
0100
0101
0110
0111
1000
1001

There are exactly 100 characters to convert

100 is a perfect square
