Actually, I wouldn't expect the Intel graphics to be so bad. If you're trying to play games with Windows on dual boot, yeah, its gonna suck because most Windows games use Direct X among other 3D formats.
OS X uses OpenGL, Cocoa, and Quartz Extreme.

Then again... I've never used an Intel Mac Mini so I really wouldn't know
