I have Gaelicum.A virus, PLEASE HELP!

I used vcleaner to clean up the virus, but it seems like it only clean the infected files, but NOT the core virus that keep infecting the files on my computer.

I already reformated my hard drive and reinstalled windows XP, but that doesnt kill the virus.

WHAT SHOULD I DO!!!!! PLEASE HELP!!
