that doesn't mean anything.. It depends on how many vm your running, what vm your running, how much resource you allocated to each vm, and what your running it for..

It looks like he/you are running a server (7 gig RAM?), and vm if not running, will not use up much CPU power.. Therefore, my guess is that he is running alot of servers on one physical machine, for reasons not known..
