You need the M$Project 2003 Server to run the M$Project Client at the workstation,, the two are tied ,,,

I dont think that you are able to run client Project03 on SharePoint Server 03

BUT,,,, if this is a wireless setup,, youmay be able to provide connection to the Project 03 server,,
