I wasn't all that taken with it, Bloated and a bit disorganised. Very resource hungry, looks pretty though. That is why I went back to Mandrake 9.2, very nicley set out, fast and organized.
But the Perfect Distro is a Mandriva fork called PCLinuxOS, very little configuration smaller, cleaner, more organised and faster. Love it if you havent tried it yet sevoma, I suggest you try it

I have tried it and it is pretty good. The guy Tex that owns it does some optimizations to the packages too. It is pretty cool but I don't like kde. You should check out 2006 with gnome, its great.
