Both of the 3200's are identical.
Don't get the 3000+. Its for an older socket, so it isn't as good as the s939 ones. Get the 3200. It will deliver good performance and isn't overly expensive.
Hyperthreading is not the same as hypertransport.
Hyperthreading is a technology used by intel to increase the amount of work that the CPU can do by running two threads of data through it simultaneously.
Hypertransport is used by AMD and it basically replaces the FSB. You can sorta think of it as the FSB.
