i dont think you can boot your current OS, but you can get VMware or Microsoft Virtual PC and install a separate OS and run both at the same time, however you need a semi-beefy system(especially the ram) to do this or it won't be worthwhile, then again i don't think you'd be able to boot that separately either, unless you got norton ghost or something and used VMWare's new Physical to Virtual conversion or something...thats all i can think of but other than that i dont think so..good luck!
