What Pakistan should do is adapt a more "Saudi Arabia" type system. Where if you commit a crime, you get the death penalty and the victim's family gets to decide (her husband) the means of executing the criminal.
I remmeber one story where a couple of guys kidnapped a family consisting a 2 daughters and a mom and raped all of them. They caught them, and were sentenced to death immediately. The "father" got to pick how to kill them. Must have been a happy moment for him..
