neither is correct, you get a max 11megabits per second shared bandwidth on the network. this bandwidth is not allocated to each user or multiplied. if too much people use the network at the same time you will get congestion.

however if you are sharing the internet that is max 1.5megabit per second download than you are limited to actually 1.5 shared bandwidth for downloading from the internet.
