Yeah, i felt a bit silly when i changed the password lol. Make sure the router is turned ON when you push the button, as the above poster says, push it for a good few seconds until lights make pretty disco patterns (or whatever the router does). This will reset the router back to an access of username: ADMIN and password: PASSWORD (not in capitals). The manual will be more precise, so go read it!!
