HI ALL I AM trying to play this game, I DL and unziped all the files to a folder, I try to play and this is what is sais

The procedure entery point_FSOUND_Sample_Load@16 Could not be located in the dynamic link library fmod.dll

does anyone know what to do!? I dont understand what it is talking about!!!!! I tried replacing the fmod.dll file and still the same message! This game works for EVERYONE BUT ME! PLEASE IF ANYONE HAS ANY IDEA LET ME KNOW.
