hey people
i got ADSL yesterday, 2mb BB with Pipex
im running a Belkin f5d7630-4a wireless router but experiencing some problems.

First of all the router is hardwired to my machine... no problems works fine.

i have 1 laptop user using a belkin usb wireless adaptor on a laptop, she has only had 1 problem so far where the laptop connected, disconected connected, disconected continiously for 5 or so mins then went bk working and signal was ok.

there are 2more laptops experiencing simular problems where the ip address would be invalid and set to 0.0.0.0 so i changed this and gave them an ip address set up the dns and gateway, no problems they worked fine and the signal stay constant.

Then one of them stoped working for a bit and did the how signal gone signals back etc routine, but none of this happens at the same time as the other machines.

next my mates PC which has a pci wireless adaptor and a arial which has been working fine has started doing it to,

i have another pc which has had problems same as this scince the begging.

i bought my router on the 6th Jan, ive had problems with it with the signal dropping and not working but thought it would sort itself out.

my old Linksys router had no problems like this and i would swap back only its for DSL (cable) not ADSL so i cant test that.

does it sound like a router issue or something else?

if you need any more information just ask and ill get the relavant info from the machines.

Please help as im stumped at what this could be, this is the first time ive tried setting up a wireless network using belkin.
