Goecities runs on ads so they'll either delete your site or send you an email about there being no ad on your site, I was looking for a free host on
www.thefreesite.com and I found out that its just easier to host youreslf because webhoster's have VERY STRICT rules, some companies will delete your site instantly without notice if you go against their ROE or TOS. So if you go to hosting youreslf then just get a domain name for like 3 bucks or get a free .tk domain.
