I think being able to do that depends on their wireless provider. I would try and research it at places like http://verizonwireless.com http://sprintpcs.com http://t-mobile.com http://cingularwireless.com (don't know if that's their site)
Because I beleive you would have to use their network to be able to send it just through the internet. |
