OK so my brother has a laptop with an Intel celeron 585 single core socket 478 2.16 Gz. and he currently has a 32 bit OS installed. however, I was looking at the website below and it said that this processors instruction set is a 64 bit? does this mean that i can do a clean install of a 64 bit OS?
