i just created a web site and am trying to host it off my comp i followed a tutorial from pcmech.com

im using apache and no-ip (which gives me a domain?) and im not quite sure what is going on, i can view my pages on my computer through my browser using the localhost command from the tutorial, but i cant find out what my address is for outside computers, if you need anymore info let me know, im not exactly sure whats going on so im not sure what i should post, thanks a lot
