NEW MOTHERBOARD WONT POWER UP
Problem: mobo wont post.
Make sure 4 or 8 pin 12v psu cable is attached as well as the 20 or 24 pin.

NEW CPU NOT WORKING
Problem: Cpu does not work.
4. BIOS may need reset (bios may need to be flashed to a newer version that supports the new cpu)
