Firstly let's quit the mutiple posts, just click the edit button.
Now onto your problem. You are
not literally printing your file, instead the application will install a "virtual" printer (which will show up in your printers menu) and allows you to send documents to be encoded into .pdf format.
What application are you using to edit your PNG file. We may be able to assist.
