it still persists.. havent edited anything, doesnt matter where the files are located, every mp3's duration is shown wrongly.

maybe the first obvious remainder of a trojan/adware/malware i somehow got a few days ago? heres the thread about that thing - had the exactly same symptoms, but even worse, couldnt boot windows anymore and explorer.exe terminated/ran repeatedly in few seconds steps, even in safe mode, was quite nasty.. only combofix made starting windows in normal mode possible again and stopped that restarting of explorer.exe. after that some 7-10 scans with different malware/antivirus tools made everything disappear.
