Default Upgrading Old Reliable

Well, I've had this PC from 2004, its been pretty good ever since. With some upgrades of course.
Its pretty good now, but I've decided to max it out, and make it even better, try to make it last another 5 years, or more.

This is pretty much what it has now:

CRT
Hard Ware:
Intel 82845G Mobo
768MB of RAM
EVGA NVIDIA GeForce 6200 256MB
60GB HDD
Everything Else is Intergraded
