Hello Carnage,
When searching Microsoft's site i get this: DCOM was unable to communicate with the computer computer name using any of the configured protocols. BUG: COM+ Incorrectly Lets You Configure Datagram Protocol
That is about it. There was something for Windows Server 2003 but not anything more for XP.
