I agree. Nothing you will be doing requires anything special.
Regular macbook will be perfect for ya.
Hard drive is the only thing you would be looking at upgrading and that, again, is based on your needs. If you are just using it for documents, wc3, and photoshop you wont need a hard drive with alot of space.

the difference between 7200 and 5400 is the speed at which you will be able to transfer, save, and so forth. According to your post they are both 5400 so no change at all except in space available. 5400 should suite you fine but you cant go wrong upgrading
