Just remove these entries in your log, and your problem should stop:

O4 - Global Startup: Microsoft Office.lnk = C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office10\OSA.EXE
O4 - Global Startup: Microsoft Office.lnk.disabled
O4 - Global Startup: NaturalColorLoad.lnk = ?
O4 - Global Startup: NaturalColorLoad.lnk.disabled

Do you have any other issues except for that? Post back a new HJT when done.
