Eclipse7 is on a distinguished road

Default Is this a good build?

I need a CPU, CPU fan, GPU, mobo, PSU, ram, and thermal compound. I Would like to keep the build under $800...This is what I have so far, but Im looking for some constructive criticism.

CPU- FRYS.com*|*Intel

CPU Fan- Newegg.com - XIGMATEK HDT-S1283 120mm Rifle CPU Cooler - CPU Fans & Heatsinks

GPU- Newegg.com - ECS N8800GTS-512MX GeForce 8800GTS (G92) 512MB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Supported Video Card - Desktop Graphics / Video Cards

Mobo- Newegg.com - GIGABYTE GA-EP35-DS3L LGA 775 Intel P35 ATX Intel Motherboard - Intel Motherboards

PSU- Newegg.com - PC Power & Cooling S61EPS 610W Continuous @ 40°C EPS12V Power Supply 100 - 240 V UL, cUL, CE, CB, TUV - Power Supplies
or Newegg.com - CORSAIR CMPSU-650TX 650W ATX12V / EPS12V Power Supply 100 - 240 V UL, CE, CB, TUV, FCC, CCC - Power Supplies

Ram- Newegg.com - mushkin 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) with EPP Profile Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory - Desktop Memory

Thermal Compound- FRYS.com*|*Artic Silver

This is the setup I have so far. I am most unsure of which PSU to get, and which ram to get. I have XP so I only need 2 gigs.
The total for all of this is only about $770 shipped. Please let me know if I made any mistakes in choosing pieces.
