Hard Drive:Segate 160gb 8MB Cache WD 120gb 8MB Cache
Power Supply:Seasonic 600W (I'm not sure, I'm not at home)
Case:Thermaltake Soprano
CPU cooling:Zalman 7200Cu (I'm not sure, I'm not at home)

It's an old machine but it works fine for what I use to do with it. Probably I'm going to make a new build in a couple of months.
