Hello opageorges,

Step1

A malicious .DLL file is disrupting the LSP chain on your computer. We need to get rid of it.
  1. Please download LSPFix from here.
  2. Run the LSPFix.exe that you have just finished downloading.
  3. Check the I know what I'm doing box.
  4. In the Keep box you should see one or more instances of nwprovau.dll
  5. Select every instance of nwprovau.dll and move each one to the Remove box by clicking the >> button.
  6. When you are done click Finish>>.

Then please restart your computer and your internet access should be working again. Please do not remove anything else unless you want to format/reinstall Windows .

Step2

Please download Deckard's System Scanner (DSS) and save it to your Desktop.
  • Close all other windows before proceeding.
  • Double-click on dss.exe and follow the prompts.
  • When it has finished, dss will open two Notepads main.txt and extra.txt -- please copy (CTRL+A and then CTRL+C) and paste (CTRL+V) the contents of main.txt and extra.txt in your next reply.
