We are not saying that it will be stopped. But the fact of the matter is that online games are the most pirated piece of software. Do you really think that there is only 30,000 people that play UT3? With the success of UT2004? Comeon.
Now think if everyone who plays the game bought it. Why would they need to charge $50 for the game when they can make a profit at $30.
The only way to get games/software prices to truly drop is to buy it. Period.
I am not saying i am a saint. I am not saying that i have all the funds necessary to buy all the apps i use and keep them updated every year.
But i also do not complain about prices of a game or software.
