I am a total noob when it comes to this stuff, but my comp is bugging me so bad I need to do something about it.
I am having issues with my laptop. When I try to play a video on the internet I get this godawful screeching noise and the video is in slo-mo. I have had this happen before and I did a system restore and it worked. Now system restore isn't working either. I know I have some trojans, but I can't find/delete them. AVG always says it heals them, but I don't know. Please help me clean up my computer.
