Cort. he has the correct idea. bring the needed supplies. however, I will say this. having live cd versions of antivirus or anti-spyware is a good idea, some jobs you may need to take home to fix, so be sure this is not an issue *I'm assuming you don't have an office* each job will require different things. the burnable live cd's are the greatest asset to a computer troubleshooting shop though. you know your hardware. I don't think many of us know exactly where to search for a virus without the aid of an antivirus
