As the title says should i?

I'm looking to play GTA IV and any other games that may interest me.

All this RRoD stuff scares me though, should i just get extended warranty if i get one?

Edit: I already have a Wii which i am still looking to get at least 4 more games for. Do you think there would be an advantage to waiting a year or so to buy the 360?
