Default Is my cpu going to bottleneck a 8800gt?

Okay guys I'm going to try some more overclocking with my 8800gt if it can handle it but I'm wondering if my e2180 @ 3.3ghz is going to bottleneck it.

At stock 2.0ghz on the chip I only got 8,100 in 3dmark06. Once I overclocked the cpu it went up to 12,000. I then went to ntune and tried a 25mhz increase on the gpu core with no effect and then another 25mhz on the gpu core and only got a 50 point increase. Could my cpu be a bottleneck or do I just need to mess with more settings on the gpu?

Also what temps should I look for on a 8800gt and whats the best overclocking software for the 8800gt?
