how do people go about promoting a web site these days? i've heard keywords are dead- search engines ignore them now. i went to a short seminar recently and was told to have affililate links to big companies in the left column, and to do press releases.
anyone have any other ideas? (i mean, other than paying yahoo a million bucks.) what's the process now? thanks!
