Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion
\ Run\SVCHOST: “C:\WINDOWS\MDM.EXE”

Do you have that? If so, delete it, and then reboot.
