Go with the brisbane 4000+ only $2 more for 200mhz thats a pretty good deal, plus you can OC it higher anyways, but for the motherboard, you could do so much better for the price.

$5 cheaper and its better, read the 3rd review, someone overclocked their AMDx2 3600 form 1.9ghz to 3ghz with this motherboard.
