I got the cold cathode that is 8" long for a computer.

Newegg.com - LOGISYS Computer CLK12UV2 12" DUAL UV COLD CATHODE KIT - OEM

I broke the metal holding the 2 wires on the switch cause I thought thats how I connected the cold cathode lights to the cars trunk light. I found out I have to use the 4 pin molex but which wires and where do they go?

Oh and if it helps which I don't think it will my car is an 1990 Acura Legend

One other thing: is it illegal to have a bright light in my trunk? I know it is if its under your vehicle but what about if its inside the trunk?
