I am developing a web conferencing tool that will incorporate audio-video chat,text chat , virtual whiteboard , and a file sharing mechanism. I have gone through some of the protocols on the net and found that h.323 protocol is the most appropriate.
Can anyone advise me a programming language that can be used in this project based on this protocol.
Any suggestions regarding the project would be appriciated
