I have Windows XP Professional and I can't unlock the taskbar.

When I right click the taskbar, the "Lock the Taskbar" is checked. I can't uncheck it.

When I got to properties and uncheck "Lock the Taskbar", I hit Apply and then OK. But the taskbar is still locked. It doesn't work.

What's going on? Anyone?
