Why get a 19" when you can get a 20" mwahhaha. I don't know if this qualifies, but I have this monitor, its AMAZING, samsung pwns. But if youll notice it's $250 upfront with a $50 MIR, so coming from a user, its WELL worth the $200, and also a GREAT price for a samsung 20".
