They probably won't, unless your bandwidth usage raises flags, then they will look into the cause (and will probably port scan your IP). The only ISP that I'm aware of that has outright bans on hosting is Verizon. Last time I checked, Comcast, WideOpenWest, and AT&T all allow web hosting (some only if it's not for business use). Most, instead, have bans on using "common ports" (which are any ports that are standardized for a particular popular protocol, like port 80).
