The program is called SuperAntiSpyware. It has some excellent repair tools that are bundled with it.
Once you get the program downloaded, installed, & updated it should bring you to the main menu.
1) click "preferences"
2) select the "scanning control" tab
3) select "scan alternate data streams" & "terminate memory threats before quarantining"
4) click the "repairs" tab
5) select each item then click "perform repair..."
*Note: some items require a restart, please restart then continue to repair the rest.
After you finish doing the repairs, perform a complete system scan.
