Ready to do that ECTech, but when I get to Start/My Computer/Properties, I get the message: "this operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator"
Its just a personal home computer with one operator. Running windows XP 2000 home edition.
Can you tell me how to get back to allowing me to access computer controls so we can set your solution going?
