Hijackthis
and Install it. By default it will install to C:\Program Files\Hijack This.
then Click on the Do a system scan and save a log file button. It will scan and then ask you to save the log. and the Paste Whole Log over here.. And do not Follow the instruction from WinantiSpyware.. that's the Spyware.. so Ignore that For now..
