I just asked my mother if she made the HijackThis log after having Counter Spy, Spysweeper, etc, do a scan and "delete" everything and she said yes. And since it all comes back after restarting, would it be a good idea to have her restart her computer and make another log? Once I have access to her computer tomorrow I think I'll do that. Sorry for the stupidity... and thanks in advance to anyone who helps me. |
