Ok, so I used Help2go Detective and know to delete the following:

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [NBInstall] C:\DOCUME~1\MOM~1.GEO\LOCALS~1\Temp\MBDownloader_8 76919.exe
(Description: Program running on startup from a temporary folder.)

O15 - Trusted Zone: http://click.getmirar.com (HKLM)
(Description: Mirar adware toolbar)

O15 - Trusted Zone: Mirar (HKLM)
(Description: Mirar Adware toolbar)

O15 - Trusted Zone: Mirar (HKLM)
(Description: Mirar Adware toolbar)

O15 - Trusted Zone: Mirar (HKLM)
(Description: Search hijacker)

I just asked my mother if she made the HijackThis log after having Counter Spy, Spysweeper, etc, do a scan and "delete" everything and she said yes. And since it all comes back after restarting, would it be a good idea to have her restart her computer and make another log? Once I have access to her computer tomorrow I think I'll do that. Sorry for the stupidity... and thanks in advance to anyone who helps me.
