the SOUNDMAN.EXE is one you will want to get rid of. In many cases it's a version of W32.GAOBOT. You can get the removal tool here:

The Sygate\SPF may be one you want to remove.

backweb is one you want to get rid of

Then the line starting with R0 you want to remove
updater in the O4 section
soundman in O4
smcservice in O4
Microsoft Office.lnk in O4
updater.lnk in O4

There are a few more in there, but that should get your started.
