I had uninstalled and re-installed the programs. Still the same thing. I also have power dvd and super dvd creator. I tried uninstalling those programs, but they won't uninstall. The power dvd says that "System Setup file could not be installed" and Super DVD creator says that it's missing a unins000.dat. Could these programs be the problem and how do I uninstall them? Also I have 2 mysterious SCSI drives that showed up after I installed my new CD burner. I set the new burner to master and the old one to slave. I'm also going to post a list of programs that are installed on my computer, perhaps there are one or two I need to uninstall.
