Can't find "it"?! I think you need to narrow your choice - like, do you want image verification? This was the first I found on Google:

I didn't look at the above code, but these scripts are fairly straight-forward with PHP, if you wanted to try and create one (it's a great way to use lots of PHP's functionality). You can make some pretty fancy pictures using PHP's GD library... when I get home, if I can remember, I need to post a few that a friend made. They look awesome.

Then again, you may be speaking of another type of CAPTCHA?
