You can um get 3.6ghz with value DDR2-800 ram...

You would be able to get like 3.6ghz with Cas lat 4 is you wanted.

The NQ is an awesome set for the money...i remember when i payed 215 for my NR's >.< but oh well. Yes grab those and you wont regret it.
